At the heart of BayTree is a collective of exceptional, self-employed Executive Assistants. Many of our team don’t just support our clients, they also play a vital role in running and shaping BayTree. That’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

BayTree was originally created to offer both clients and Executive Assistants a better way of working, one that supports a more balanced lifestyle. It was also about creating genuine financial independence for talented and experienced Executive Assistants. That mission is just as important today, if not more so, than it was when we started.

Louise is a Director at BayTree, and continues to do EA work for a longstanding BayTree client. She plays a key role in our Leadership and Operations team, overseeing our recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and our systems & process.

We work closely together on the strategic development of BayTree, and we share a strong belief in what we call a ‘happily busy’ approach – building a business that is productive, positive and sustainable for both our clients and our team."
