Our experience with BayTree has been nothing short of excellent. Our BayTree team member, Katie, has been instrumental in the running of our association over the last year taking on a lot of the admin load, allowing the association to operate more smoothly and effectively. She is there to answer our members queries in a timely manner and has helped free up our team to focus on projects and ideas on how to advance the association and improve support for our members. Our association is solely run by volunteers but working with Katie has made being on the executive committee and running the association a much more manageable and enjoyable task.
Katie's attention to detail and proactive nature meant she integrated into our team seamlessly, taking the time to understand both how our association and our industry functions.
